CHECKING IN

 AGES 7 through 14

ALL PLAYERS

Players need to be at Northwest Park  in Rogers – no later then 8:15 AM on Saturday July 31 ^t.  We will actually be set up and ready by 7:30 AM    Upon arriving at the park please look for the  group of big white tents.  These will be located in the center of the park near the pavilion  Each age group will have their own “check in table”  Please look for the table with the sign  indicating your players age, (7’s - 8’s- 9’s - 10’s-11’s – 12’s -13’s – 14’s – )

 

TEAM ASSIGNMENT AND GATE ADMSIION

 

At the table your child’s name will be located on the list and we will tell you what team he is on (All State Red, All State Blue, etc).  Also at this time a $12 per player family gate admission charge  will be collected. Cash only and I would appreciate it if you had correct change. This will make it quicker and easier for the rest of the people in line checking in -  This money  will be used to help pay for park ren. and umpires

 

Once your child has checked in, and told what team he is on, he will be sent to the location of that team’s coach, where upon he will be given a team shirt.

 

WHAT TO WEAR

 

1)     All players should wear their present team caps

2)     White ball pants

3)     Black socks

4)     Current Team shirt and then change into All State shirt for  opening ceremonies

5)     Black belt

 

WHAT TO BRING

 

All players will need to bring  their own bats and gloves.  If you are a catcher please bring your own catcher’s  gear.  There will not be water in the dugouts – so please bring your own water bottles or Gatorade.  There is a concession stand if you wish to purchase these items.  Coolers are  allowed in the park.  Baseballs will be provided for each game.
